Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Maison Louis Marie purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns on full-sized fragrances and candles in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box; please note that for safety reasons, fragrance products must be shipped in their original protective packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
